This agreement is a legal contract between you and Haitun VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile acceleration application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source extraction, text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the Service caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signal, carrier policies, or roaming charges. When using mobile data or roaming outside your home region, related charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If access fails because of device battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party platform policies, it is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate the Service as permitted by law.
